- You will manage a team of product managers and product owners who align to a Product Segment and are responsible for working with a Product Segment Leader to define the roadmap strategy and execute the roadmap.
- Establish practices that help company to cultivate product and market expertise, developing personal expertise in the needs and expectations of our existing and potential customers.
- Responsible for the ongoing success of the product line. Supports the definition and leadership of Go-to-Market activities. Support measures and reacts to in-market product performance feedback.
- Ensures a high quality product that meets the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders
- Contributes to investment and prioritization decisions and plans. Properly balances product maintenance, strategic initiatives, innovation, and other aspects of the product lifecycle while driving the capacity and demand planning of the team
- Assist with the development and execution of launch activities both internally and externally
- Project management execution and tasking via leadership by authority and leadership via influence to drive the committed deliveries of Well Formed Teams
- Metrics driven leader responsible for both the capture and reporting of key Metrics/KPIs on team and product performance to Executive leadership and throughout the organization
- Oversee and ensure the execution of the Software Development and Product Development Lifecycle from inception through to launch with a continuous improvement mindset
