Job Role/Title: Senior Manager Finance Business Partner Manufacturing

Experience Range: 15-19 years

Location : Bangalore

- We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support a high-performance manufacturing business.

- The role will drive financial planning, forecasting, business performance management, cost control, profitability analysis, capital investment evaluation, and compliance.

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures, including MIS preparation and variance analysis.

- Audit Management: Oversee statutory, internal, cost, and tax audits.

- Financial Analysis: Review and analyze trial balance.

- Budgeting & Planning: Prepare budgets and business plans.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of post-qualification experience

- Strong experience in Manufacturing Finance, Plant Accounting, and Business Controlling

- Expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting

- Knowledge of Indian GAAP, US GAAP, and SOX controls

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

- This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to senior leadership, global stakeholders, and finance transformation initiatives.
