Job responsibilities:

- Responsible to support across employee life cycle, specifically partnering with engineering leaders and managers to on talent management and development.

- Talent Management & Development: Collaborates with Engineering Leaders for Talent Reviews and succession planning initiatives leading to subsequent talent moves and career progressions. Recommends developmental interventions and understands progress on actions.

- Reviews talent metrics on organization pyramids, spans and layers and inputs to organization structure discussions.

- HRP's oversee on nominations for learning programs for New managers, Mid level managers and senior leaders. Partner with BU for rotations programs

- Organization Integrations and Change Management: Partner with business on all organization integration efforts and change management. Lead all integration efforts for people processes and policies.

- Employee Engagement: Deploy the employee engagement framework for leadership. Process owner for employee surveys and pulse, analyses the data and recommends actions from surveys. Partners with business to implement actions on career development, engagement, recognition, wellbeing.

- Manager Coaching: Provides direct leadership coaching and coaching on talent processes, provides guidance on manager effectiveness actions and individual development plans. Implement manager roundtables.

- Comp & Benefits: Leads the Annual Compensation Planning review and recommendations at BU leave. Partners with business on compensation strategy and decisions to drive strong pay for performance differentiation.

- Talent Acquisitions: Partners for talent decisions for all key hiring.Sound knowledge in hiring practices and trends.

- Employee relations: Manage grievance and ombudsman queries by conducting necessary inquiries /investigations. Supports all disciplinary processes.

- Key Projects: Leads key projects connected with business goals for the organization.

Qualifications : MBA (Tier 1 & 2) with 9 -15 years of experience in day to day HR execution of the organization.
