
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the Collibra platform to support data governance frameworks
- Develop workflows, cataloging, and data lineage within Collibra to facilitate better data management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align Collibra features with data governance objectives
- Provide training and support to teams on leveraging Collibra for data governance activities
- Monitor enhancements and upgrades in Collibra and assess their impact on existing governance processes
- Establish data quality metrics within Collibra and generate reports on data governance effectiveness
- Engage with cross-functional teams to promote understanding and adherence to data governance policies
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in data governance and Collibra capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields with a specific focus on Collibra
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Collibra as a data governance tool
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and related technologies
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data modeling and data quality concepts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical
audiences
- Ability to work independently and in a team-level environment
