What We are Looking For:
- Proactively identify and engage mid-tier to premium publishers across relevant markets and verticals through high-volume outreach efforts-using phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual or in-person meetings-with compelling, value-driven pitches.
- Provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting key wins, challenges, and the current state of the pipeline to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Support newly onboarded publishers throughout the integration and activation process, ensuring a seamless transition into the platform.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key publisher stakeholders and decision-makers, exploring innovative ways to grow partnerships.
- Represent the organization at industry events and in the marketplace, effectively communicating the value of affiliate marketing to drive network growth.
- Serve as an internal champion for newly recruited publishers-collaborating with global Sales and Client Services teams to ensure swift approvals and partnership success.
- Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging publisher trends, sharing actionable insights with internal teams to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements for This Role:
- Proven track record in publisher acquisition, onboarding, and account growth.
- Ability to negotiate deals, optimize publisher performance, and manage revenue-driving relationships.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, attribution models, and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CPM, ROI).
