Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trend-driven content strategies tailored for Gen Z audiences.
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media content across Instagram etc. and short-form platforms.
- Analyze market trends, media consumption patterns, audience preferences, and platform behaviour to identify content opportunities.
- Track social media algorithms, new features, platform updates, and suggest creative approaches accordingly.
- Identify viral moments, hooks, and formats aligned with brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and video editors.
- Manage social calendars, campaign ideation, and platform-wise strategies.
- Track performance, insights, and platform analytics to improve engagement.
- Strengthen the brands online presence through innovative and fresh creative ideas.
- Stay updated with pop culture, memes, reels trends, and creator ecosystems.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital creation.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z psychology, humour, references, and digital habits.
- Proven experience in managing or growing engaging social media pages.
- Ability to ideate viral concepts and translate them into executed content.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and digital-first creative thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-heavy environment.
