Roles & Responsibilities : - Managing the large outbound sales process - Will have to take care of Client/Customer & People Management - Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales targets are met as per the organization's goals. - To be a great People manager, recruit, train, and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team. - Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Manage the sales teams and resources to deliver profitable growth. - Build and promote a strong team culture within the Business Development executives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team. - Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required. - Identify process improvement opportunities and provide inputs towards automation. Qualification: - Tier 1 school in grad/post-grad is important (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/XLRI/ISB etc) - Should have ideally managed large scale sales processes at edtech or sales driven organizations - The candidate must have the experience of handling a team of 50 or more - Extremely number oriented, analytical, and should be very comfortable with Microsoft - Excel and other data modeling and analytics tools - Extremely high attention to detail is required as you would be dealing with a lot of data and a lot of numbers.
