About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead Event Management and Marketing. This role focuses on community engagement, brand visibility, and reputation management across platforms. You'll drive events, campaigns, and brand initiatives to enhance resident experience and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Management (Community & Corporate)

- Lead planning and execution of on-site/virtual events (social, wellness, networking, etc.)

- Coordinate with community teams to align events with resident interests

- Manage sponsorships, artists, vendors, and event budgets

- Track post-event feedback

- Marketing & Branding

- Create integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, influencer, offline)

- Ensure consistent brand messaging

- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition

- Own brand storytelling and positioning

- Employer Branding & Reputation

- Develop strategies to enhance employer brand

- Monitor and manage presence on Glassdoor, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, etc.

- Improve public sentiment through engagement and leadership alignment

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead a cross-functional team of event, content, and marketing professionals

- Collaborate with Founders, HR, Community Managers, and Sales

- Report on ROI, event success, and brand metrics

Requirements:

- 4 years in marketing/branding and in event management mandatory

- Experience in residential/lifestyle/hospitality events

- Strong track record in brand/reputation management

- Deep knowledge of Bangalore's youth and urban audience

- Proficiency in digital and offline marketing tools

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred:

- MBA in Marketing/Communications

- Experience in coliving, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors

- Network in Bangalore's cultural and event space
