Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years in software development project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering end-to-end ERP or large SaaS products using Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent leadership, resource planning, and technical understanding across various technology stacks. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, interacting with customers, designing solutions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage software development projects, drawing on 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in this domain.

- Drive project delivery using Agile methodology, ensuring adherence to principles and practices.

- Demonstrate excellent resource planning and team management skills to optimize project execution.

- Proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP or large SaaS products.

- Possess a good understanding of ERP modules such as CRM, HR, Finance, and Inventory.

- Proficiency with popular project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product, sales) to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Monitor project progress diligently against key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Provide regular and transparent status reports to all stakeholders.

- Maintain a hands-on attitude when mentoring and assisting other team members.

- Exhibit exposure to software development, particularly in Web and Mobile domains.

- Capable of designing software at both high-level and detailed design specifications.

- Interact directly with customers, gather requirements, and effectively take over as the project manager for client engagements.

- Take on all challenges related to productization and project management, leading the development team by example.

- Assume full responsibility for meeting delivery deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Responsible for estimating new proposals accurately and efficiently.

- Suggest smart technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently, promoting optimal outcomes.

- Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients.

- Champion a responsive and stack-agnostic approach to modern software development.

- Should be proficient in Agile methodologies.

- Should be comfortable with multiple technology stacks on both front-end and back-end.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall experience in IT/software industry.

- 5+ years of project management experience specifically in software development.

- 3+ years managing ERP or large IT projects (preferably in manufacturing or project-driven industries).

- Strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodology.

- Excellent resource planning and team management skills.

- Proven track record managing end-to-end ERP or large SaaS products.

- Good understanding of ERP modules (CRM, HR, Finance, Inventory).

- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).

- Strong in leading teams and managing stakeholders.

- Exposure to software development (Web and Mobile).
