What You Should Have: - 15 + years of post-qualification experience - A mix of in-house and law firms will be preferred. - LL.B. from a Tier 1 college / university. - Deep fintech and securities-tech experience is a must - Good leadership and mentorship skills, as this role is expected to lead about 2-3 mid experienced legal professionals. - Shall be able to demonstrate the following organizational skills: - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and to tolerate change and ambiguity.
