Associate Manager - Finance & Accounts CoinFantasy is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Associate Manager who will be responsible for daily Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Payroll, Assistance with end-of-month close, Audit preparation and other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities : - Responsible for bookkeeping, tax and other finance & accounting activities - Gather, Monitor financial data and Issue financial statements on time - Audit all kinds of payment procedures such as purchase payment and expense reimbursement to ensure compliance of payment business - Reviewing the trial balance month on month and preparation of related schedules for the smooth closure of year end audit - Participate in cost forecast, plan, cost control analysis and assessment, urge related departments of the company to reduce consumption, save costs, improve economic benefits - Manage and Inspect the company's assets such as inventory and assets to ensure the consistency of accounts and facts. Organize regular inventory and asset count as required by the company. - Manage day to day banking operations including daily BRS checks, proper accounting of collections received, authorizations for payments, and internal movement of funds - Responsible for all statutory and regulatory operations - including filing of taxes, tax audit and GST returns as applicable. - Preparation of month on month MIS reports. - Preparation of variance reports for critical components - Preparation of SOP's whenever necessary What we expect : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience - Preferably CA inter/ICWA - Exhibits a thorough understanding of technical accounting concepts for investments under US GAAP, IFRS and Statutory basis of Accounting - Familiar with finance, tax, foreign exchange operation process. Can independently complete a series of work such as bookkeeping, cost accounting and financial statements - Familiar with external audit process and audit report. Proficient in financial regulations, tax laws and financial workflow.
