You need to be a HODLer of these
- 3 to 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing consumer tech organization
- Expertise non-tech hiring domains
- Experience managing business stakeholders
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral)
- Strong screening, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven ability to deliver results within defined timelines
- Effective collaboration and consistent communication within the team
You will be mining through these tasks
- Partner regularly with the Talent Acquisition team, key business stakeholders, and HRBPs to close hiring requirements across non-tech roles, levels, and business units
- Ideate, implement, and execute best-in-class sourcing, screening, and interviewing initiatives to attract top talent to CoinDCX
- Follow recruitment processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements and industry best practices, while tracking key metrics (Hiring TAT, Quality of Hire, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position CoinDCX as a preferred employer
