CoinDCX - Business Analyst - Algo Management & Trading

Overview

Join Coindcx's growing Algo Management team as an Analyst, where you'll be at the forefront of client engagement for our algo trading solutions. You will directly manage and support a diverse set of clients including retail traders, enterprise partners, sub-brokers, and influencers. Your primary responsibility is to nurture these relationships, ensuring seamless trading experiences and the growth of trading volumes.

Key Responsibilities

A. Client Management & Support

1. Serve as the first point of contact for all algo trading client queries, delivering prompt and effective resolutions.

2. Proactively monitor client needs and satisfaction across retail, enterprise, sub-broker, and influencer segments.

B. Trade Volume Monitoring

1. Track trading activity, ensure volume targets are met, and implement strategies to increase engagement and trade frequency.

C. Product Cross-Sell & Upsell

1. Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new products and features, drive adoption, and support user onboarding.

2. Work closely with product and marketing teams to stay informed about latest offerings and campaign strategies.

D. Relationship Management

1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all algorithmic trading needs.

2. Gather client feedback to help improve algo trading experience and inform product roadmap.

E. Reporting & Insights

1. Generate regular reports on trade volumes, client satisfaction, and product uptake.

2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.

2. 1-3 years of experience in a trading/financial services/technology client-facing role, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or brokerage sector.

3. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong understanding of trading, particularly algorithmic and crypto trading (preferred).

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
