You need to be a HODLer of these:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.

- 1-3 years of experience in a trading/financial services/technology client-facing role, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or brokerage sector.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong understanding of trading, particularly algorithmic and crypto trading (preferred).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

You will be mining through these tasks:

- Client Management & Support

- Serve as the first point of contact for all algo trading client queries, delivering prompt and effective resolutions.

- Proactively monitor client needs and satisfaction across retail, enterprise, sub-broker, and influencer segments.

- Trade Volume Monitoring

- Track trading activity, ensure volume targets are met, and implement strategies to increase engagement and trade frequency.

- Product Cross-Sell & Upsell

- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new products and features, drive adoption, and support user onboarding.

- Work closely with product and marketing teams to stay informed about latest offerings and campaign strategies.

- Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all algorithmic trading needs.

- Gather client feedback to help improve algo trading experience and inform product roadmap.

- Reporting & Insights - Generate regular reports on trade volumes, client satisfaction, and product uptake.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
