You will lead the hiring efforts for our Engineering and product teams, contributing to the realization of our vision. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. - Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. - Create and implement training programs for new hires and facilitate ongoing employee development. - Manage performance evaluations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. - Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations. - Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. - Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring employee data is secure and confidential. Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to influence people and build high-performing teams. - Proven experience of more than 5 years as an HR Manager. - Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. - Experience in recruiting and hiring for remote teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
