Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to influence people and build high-performing teams. - Proven experience of more than 5 years as an HR Manager. - Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. - Experience in recruiting and hiring for remote teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
