What You'll Be Doing:

As a key part of the Founder's Office, you'll be the right-hand person (or left, if that's your vibe) to the founders, working on high-impact tasks across multiple functions:

- Operations & Financial Systems: Keeping our finances and internal systems in check, ensuring the numbers add up (or at least making them look good in presentations).

- Market & Investment Research: Finding the next big thing in crypto before Twitter does.

- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Helping us launch products that people actually want, not just ones that sound cool.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: A key responsibility, including prepping decks, managing relationships, and ensuring we don't ghost VCs (unless we mean to).

- Deal Sourcing & Partnerships: Hunting down strategic collaborations that make sense for CoinCROWD and convincing others why they need us.

- Basically, if it involves strategy, numbers, fundraising, or making things happen, you'll have a hand in it!

What We Need From You:

- A multi-tasking ninja - Juggling tasks should be your secret superpower.

- Strong analytical & research skills - Because "gut feeling" isn't always enough.

- Excellent communication: Whether it's crafting investor pitches or dropping the perfect Slack emoji.

- Startup mindset: Things move fast, so we need someone who can keep up (or even better, push things forward).

- Finance & business acumen: No need to be Warren Buffett, but knowing your way around a P&L statement helps.

- Crypto-curious: If you don't already understand DeFi, NFTs, or staking, you should at least be eager to learn.

- Fundraising Expertise: Experience or willingness to learn the art of securing investments and building investor relationships.
