About the Role: We are looking for someone who will act as a champion for our company growth as we build a diverse and high-performance team. You will partner closely with our Executives and Team Leaders, enabling us to attract and hire top talent as we grow quickly. Responsibilities: This role has following responsibilities: - Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods such as searching the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates. - Manage entire recruitment life cycle for all assigned business roles at Cogoport - Conduct a thorough screening of the candidates to check skills along with their fitment to the role and Cogoport - Focus on cutting-edge methods to ensure a great hiring experience for candidates across all stages, in order to strengthen the Cogoport brand. - Ensure a seamless recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers with timely updates - Assist hiring managers in reaching their headcount requirements and in carrying out all phases of the recruiting life-cycle, from the sourcing strategy meeting to offer and onboarding. - Provide interview guidelines, recommendations, and counsel the Hiring Managers while maintaining best business practices to improve and uphold the quality of hiring process. - Influence managers to alter current procedures whenever required and educate business leaders while maintaining strong relationships. - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Cogoport business & Logitech sector. You should be able to communicate the Cogoport Value Proposition to potential partners and applicants. - Building long-term relationships with campuses: Identifying specific campuses to develop long-term partnerships and engagement with potential talent pools. Qualifications: - Degree coupled with 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience in high growth startups/Recruitment Agencies. - Possess a strong appetite to learn about the latest trends in talent acquisition, the latest tools,employer branding and analytics. - Driven self-starter, with excellent relationship management skills, a strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills. - Ability to handle ambiguity and change with proactive approach - Should be customer centric, with an engaging character and the ability to turn passive candidates into eager applicants. - Must be responsive and focused on the quality of hire, while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet internal client needs. - Excellent cross-functional task management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Phone, Team, In-person etc) & familiarity with ATS
