We are looking for Customer Success Manager to own how customers and prospects experience and perceive our offerings. The successful candidate will lead the go to market efforts to drive awareness and adoption of the product, including positioning, strategy, and execution of key launches and initiatives that push our brand and business forward. Responsibilities: - Your profile would involve identifying customer's day-to-day challenges &amp; making them aware for value additions of Cogoport - Developing functional expertise in data analysis along with in-depth industry insights providing the key highlights and findings to improve how we serve our customers - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and a positive reputation within the industry - Executing behavioural analysis on existing clients to set up process around business communication - Generate forecast, strategic plans &amp; recommendations to drive actions - Creating and executing plan across client engagement and retention - Act as an advisor to key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to the fullest - Tracking client activities to identify and eliminating churn risk Requirements: - Master's or Bachelor's from any of the elite colleges (preferably engineering from IIT, BITS, NITs) - 2+ years of significant and progressive experience in customer facing roles along with strong drive to execution and delivering results efficiently - Strong analytical and business backgrounds as well as an understanding of consumer tech adoption - Should be able to manage business communication and should have exposure with email marketing - Go getter attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions - Possess excellent communication in English, Hindi &amp; local languages ( Preferring Tamil, Malayali, Telugu, Bengali &amp; Punjabi)
