



Data Analyst Financial Data Support
The selected candidate will work as a Data Analyst supporting the valuation and research teams of a leading global financial institution. The role is suited for professionals with a strong foundation in financial data management, data validation, and analytical support, and offers the opportunity to work on data-driven workflows supporting global research teams.
Primary Role Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and update financial, market, and economic datasets used in research and valuation workflows.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of datasets.
- Support sector-level and macroeconomic data initiatives and analytical projects.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and update data tables, charts, exhibits, and analytical reports for research teams.
- Manage recurring data updates, data inputs, and exhibit maintenance for periodic publications and reporting deliverables.
- Perform quality checks on historical, financial, market, and other factual information used in analytical workflows.
- Support ad hoc data analysis, reporting, and project-related activities as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Data Management, Data Analytics, Financial Research Support, Data Operations.
- Good understanding of financial data, financial statements, and capital markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, VBA, or similar analytical tools would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, or similar platforms would be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
