About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with 5-8 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging AI/ML to solve real-world supply chain challenges and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models in production.

- Work extensively with large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.

- Implement advanced ML algorithms, statistical models, and AI solutions.

Develop and optimize solutions using modern AI concepts such as:

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- AI Agents

- LLM memory architectures

- Prompt engineering

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.

- Contribute to event-driven and serverless architecture-based AI solutions (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

Expertise in ML frameworks and libraries:

- scikit-learn

- TensorFlow

- PyTorch

- Pandas

- NumPy

Experience working with:

- Large datasets

- Databricks / Apache Spark

- Relational, NoSQL, or graph databases

Strong understanding of:

- Machine Learning algorithms

- Statistical modeling

- AI/LLM concepts

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
