About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Lead (Social Media & PPC) to join our high-performing digital marketing team in Chandigarh.
- This role is central to the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns across Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Per Click (PPC) advertising, and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- The ideal candidate will have a strong, proven background in all three digital disciplines, coupled with essential project management and leadership skills.
- You will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable digital strategies that deliver measurable growth, strong ROI, and enhanced brand presence.
- Lead Project Execution: Take ownership of digital marketing projects from initial brief and strategy development through to final execution and reporting, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards, client expectations, and project timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary digital liaison, effectively collaborating with the Content, Design, and Development teams to align marketing activities and ensure technical SEO and creative assets support campaign goals.
- Strategy Development: Assist the Project Manager in developing comprehensive, integrated digital marketing strategies that leverage the synergies between SEO, PPC, and SMM to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- PPC Campaign Management (30%) - Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, structure, launch, and manage high-performance PPC campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks.
Budget & Bid Management: Strategically manage advertising budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and control Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through advanced bidding strategies and ongoing optimization.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and execute continuous A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve Quality Score, Conversion Rate, and overall campaign efficiency.
- SEO & Organic Growth (20%) - Technical & On-Page SEO: Lead the execution of comprehensive SEO strategies, including deep keyword research, competitive analysis, site audits, and hands-on management of on-page elements (meta-data, headings, internal linking).
- Off-Page Strategy: Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies, focusing on high-quality link building, reputation management, and local SEO initiatives.
- Ranking & Visibility: Continuously monitor search engine rankings and organic traffic performance, taking proactive steps to address algorithm updates and maintain upward mobility.
- Social Media Marketing & Reporting (10%) - Social Presence Management: Oversee and guide the creation and management of engaging content and campaigns across key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), to build community and drive engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Social Insights) to rigorously monitor campaign and project performance, generate insightful reports, and communicate data-driven recommendations for optimization to stakeholders.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 4-6 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience and measurable success across SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
- PPC Platforms: Expert-level proficiency with major PPC platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Facebook Ads Manager.
