About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive for a 6-month contract role based in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring for the Oil & Gas Technology domain across the Middle East and South Asia regions. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for a variety of roles.

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent from the Middle East and South Asia markets. Utilize various channels including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry-specific forums, and direct

outreach.

- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the Oil & Gas and Technology sectors in the Middle East and South Asia. Provide insights to hiring managers and leadership.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership across different functions and geographies. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their hiring needs, providing regular updates, and managing expectations effectively.

- Offer Management & Negotiation: Prepare and extend compelling offers, negotiate terms, and

ensure a smooth closing process with candidates.

- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Reporting & Analytics: Generate recruitment reports and provide insights on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement.

- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies, particularly those relevant to hiring in the Middle East and South Asia.

- We believe most of these should match your experience.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 7 to 11 years of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant portion focused on technical hiring.

- Mandatory experience in recruiting for the Oil & Gas Technology domain.

- Proven track record of successful hiring in the Middle East and South Asia regions.

- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability, especially for hiring across different regions.
