- You articulate clear and well-structured product requirement documentation that sets the direction for engineering and design.
- You have experience building products within big data or data-intensive environments, with an understanding of how large-scale data is collected, processed, stored, analyzed, and utilized.
- You have experience mentoring junior colleagues and leading complex product development projects across global teams.
- You demonstrate strong leadership potential. While initially an individual contributor, you should have the ambition and capability to grow into a leadership role and build a team of product managers in India.
- Experience in industrial OT/IT, energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, or other asset-intensive industries is a bonus.
