Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT recruitment, managing the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, and building strategic partnerships with stakeholders. This role requires a proactive recruiter with excellent sourcing skills, strong communication abilities, and deep knowledge of US hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding of US-based IT professionals.

- Source and engage top talent using multiple platforms including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and JobDiva.

- Effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Ceipal, iCIMS, and JobDiva for managing pipelines and ensuring compliance.

- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates within defined SLAs.

- Demonstrate expertise in US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and ensure adherence to US employment laws and EEO standards.

- Conduct initial technical and HR screenings, verify work authorizations, and assess candidate fit based on client needs.

- Build and maintain a robust database of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

- Develop and nurture relationships with prime vendors and direct clients to generate repeat and referral business opportunities.

- Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews across EST, CST, and PST time zones.

- Support contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time recruitment for mid to senior-level IT roles across diverse technology stacks.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with compliance and employment standards in the US.
