Cofounder/Tech Lead/MS Practice Lead - AI Solutions
We are seeking a highly passionate and visionary Technical Cofounder to architect, build and scale a world-class services and product company from the ground up. You believe in the purpose of turning complex client challenges into high-impact, innovative technical solutions and drive them to high quality delivery.
This is a sweat-equity based co-founder role to start with, offering equity ownership in exchange for high-impact contribution. Monetary Compensation will be in due course (6 months to 1 year) when drawn for all Founders.
The person should be based in Mumbai to enable close collaboration with the founders and team ensuring faster decision-making and stronger alignment for business growth.

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Co-founder to lead our technical vision, solution delivery, and engineering culture.
The Role
As our Technical Lead / Co-founder, you are the technical backbone of the company. You are not just a strategist; you are a hands-on builder who can create POCs in a weekend, architect enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft stack, and lead the consulting and technical delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy & Vision: Define the technology roadmap, focusing on Agentic AI, GenAI, and Intelligent Automation.
- AI & RPA Architecture: Architect end-to-end solutions integrating RPA bots, AI agents, and Microsoft Stack (Azure, Power Platform).
- Hands-on Development: Lead the development of multi-agent systems, LLM pipelines, and RAG architectures using Python and Azure AI Foundry.
- Delivery & Delivery Quality: Oversee technical project delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure production-grade implementations.
- Azure/Microsoft Stack Expertise: Drive development using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead a team of AI engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Client Advisory: Support pre-sales by providing technical input to proposals and demonstrating the value of our solutions to clients.
Required Skills
- Multiple projects IT experience, with various delivery hats (Developer, Solution Architect, Tech Lead), with last few years in AI/ML focusing on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM orchestration.
- Should be able to understand client business requirements and convert that to a technical solution with the appropriate tech stack and then to Code and Deployment.
- Strong Python proficiency, with experience in deep learning frameworks and building APIs (FastAPI/Flask).
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Kubernetes/AKS, DevOps).
- Architect and build end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Factory, Spark/Notebooks) to deliver scalable, Medallion-architecture data lakes for AI and analytics
- RPA Expertise: Proven experience in automation platforms (Power Automate) and integrating bots with AI agents.
- Agentic AI Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Services Company Experience: Experience delivering solutions in a consulting or services capacity, familiar with client-facing responsibilities, scoping, and delivery estimation.
Required Expertise:
- Can translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients and investors, aligning technical decisions with company revenue goals.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical constraints in simple terms to clients, aligning tech delivery with business objectives and client satisfaction.
- Thrives in ambiguous environments with the ability to pivot rapidly, knowing when to adopt new technologies or utilize technical debt to accelerate service delivery.
- Takes proactive accountability for delivering results rather than just writing code, with the ability to hire, mentor, and lead high-performance engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, coding, and selecting the right tech stack, capable of building MVPs and driving technical strategy.
- Ability to bridge technical implementation with user needs, focusing on creating functional, user-centric solutions rather than just clean code
