Job Title: Cofounder - Talent Engine Architect

Location: Remote

Reports to: CEO / Founders

Role Overview

We are hiring a Cofounder - Talent Engine Architect to take full ownership of our core, proven fulfilment business. Your mission is to scale our validated talent engine to new levels of precision, consistency, and throughput over the next three years.

Your success will free the founders to focus 100% on expansion, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives, while you lead our core (1-to-n) fulfilment engine to operational excellence and market leadership.

What You Will Own & Manage:

- You will act as the General Manager of our fulfilment engine, with full responsibility for scaling, optimizing, and institutionalizing our proven operating model.

Commercial & Client Alignment:

- Own the fulfilment delivery metrics, client success outcomes, and placement quality benchmarks.

- Deeply understand client requirements across multiple verticals (Tech, Finance, Operations, GTM).

- Serve as the "voice of the client" and ensure our engine continuously meets or exceeds expectations.

Operational Excellence:

- Lead and scale a manual-driven, first-principles operational system that runs from talent sourcing to placement.

- Build robust, repeatable workflows that improve speed, consistency, and quality.

- Strengthen our SOPs, quality standards, and performance dashboards to ensure operational clarity.

- Report directly to the founders on fulfilment performance metrics.

Sourcing Innovation & Market Mapping:

- Refine and scale our proven sourcing methodology; expand into new high-signal talent channels.

- Reverse-engineer talent markets to drive predictable, high-quality talent pipelines.

- Craft effective outreach and engagement strategies that attract top-tier talent.

First-Principles Vetting & Assessment:

- Strengthen our investigative vetting process to maintain Hirly's high bar for talent quality.

- Ensure every placement meets capability, mindset, and operating standards.

- Build the long-term framework that future evaluators and operators will follow.

Team & Culture Leadership:

- Be the day-to-day leader for the fulfilment engine as it grows to a cross-functional team.

- Build a culture grounded in speed, ownership, clarity, and operational excellence.

- Transition from hands-on operator to player-coach to leader as the team expands.

The Ideal Profile:

- This is a senior, hands-on operator role for someone who has scaled a proven operational business, not an experimental one.

- You have seen this movie before: You have been a key operator in a services, ops-heavy, or fulfilment-driven company during a scale-up phase.

- You are a Commercial Operator: You understand client needs deeply and can translate them into operational systems.

- You are an "Integrator": You excel at building predictable processes from proven workflows.

- You are Data-Driven: You manage performance with clarity, dashboards, and evidence.

- You are Hands-On and Gritty: You are a player-coach who can jump into sourcing, vetting, client alignment, or process correction when needed.
