IronPeak Staffing Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Recruitment and Business Development vertical as a Co-Founder. This role is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to lead and shape the future of our recruitment Industy. The position is on a profit-sharing basis, with potential stock options available over time. As a co-founder, you will play a key role in driving the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Leadership:

- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Develop and implement hiring strategies that meet the evolving needs of clients.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various industries and roles.

- Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of hiring solutions.

Client Acquisition:

- Identify and engage with potential clients, including companies looking for recruitment services, by understanding their hiring needs and pitching tailored recruitment solutions.

- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the recruitment industry.

- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

- Proposal Development: Create and present proposals and service offerings to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our recruitment solutions.

- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by securing new clients and growing business from existing clients.

Experience:

- Proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with at least 5+ years of experience.

- Experience in client management and building long-term business relationships.

- Prior leadership or team management experience in a recruitment or HR services firm.

Skills:

- Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and drive projects to completion.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and industry best practices.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance/remote environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Experience in generating leads through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
