For an IIMB alumus (ex-consultant with strong international background) startup in the education and training space, we are looking for a co-founder. Note that salary is not on the table, but equity is - the reason is simple, we are looking for a genuine co-founder, not an employee.  About the firm:  The firm is in the (online + offline) B2B education and training space. It is less than a year old and has built up a small but heavy-hitting list of clients. Proof of concept has been attained, it is now poised to be taken to the next level.   Who should apply?  - Someone who can be a co-founder - basically, do whatever is required to take the business to the next level. This will include, but not be limited to:  1. Business Development - Manage existing client relationships.Build new ones - cold call, cold email and cold visit prospective clients.  2. Operations - Manage ops for ongoing engagements, troubleshoot when required  3. Marketing - Think of and implement ways to get the word out there. This includes: networking, participating in industry events, leveraging social media.  4. Anything and everything else that you need to do to keep the firm going and growing  - Prefer candidates from top tier b-schools. Ideally, someone with experience in B2B sales or education management or startups   Who should NOT apply?  - Anyone who is looking for a monthly salary or a structured career path or a well defined role or who is uncomfortable taking calculated risks should not apply here!  What's in it for you?  - If you have always wanted to start-up but didn't know where to start, well this is the safest starting point you can hope for. The path has been charted, now its up to you to run (hard) on it together with us. Of course, the potential upside from your equity can't hurt :-)
