- We are building a next-generation B2B manufacturing and sourcing platform that enables global OEMs to shift and scale precision manufacturing supply chains to India under the China+1 strategy.

- The business is already revenue-generating and deeply execution-driven, with real customer programs and live supply chains.

- We are now looking for a Co-Founder + Investor who wants to build from the inside, not just advise from the outside.

The Opportunity:

- This is a hands-on builder role.

- You will work closely with the founding team to strengthen execution, delivery, and operating discipline while scaling the business in a structured and repeatable way.

- You will also invest in the company and participate meaningfully in long-term value creation.

What You Will Own:

- End-to-end execution and delivery of customer programs

- Project management across suppliers, processes, timelines, and quality

- Vendor onboarding, capability assessment, and capacity utilisation

- Defining and improving processes for RFQs, costing, production tracking, and delivery

- Coordination with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams

- Building scalable execution systems as the business grows

Who This Role Is For:

- Strong execution-oriented operator with an ownership mindset

- Background in manufacturing, industrial products, supply chain, sourcing, or operations

- Comfortable in early-stage / growth-stage environments

- Hands-on, structured, and accountable - someone who drives closure

- Willing to invest capital and build long-term equity value

- Experience with global customers or export-oriented businesses is a plus
