Cofounder - International Education Counseling Aggregator

A big data technology startup to help independent education counselors in strengthening their business by increasing their student outreach, conversions, qualitative focus, university tie ups and increased commission/earning on per student basis. The existing founders are from VC firms and other startups.

We are in pre-launch stage and seeking cofounder with following traits to join us for rapid growth.

- Must have international student counseling experience of at least 7 years. Any experience as a standalone counselor or freelancer would also be highly useful.

- Must have counseled 250+ students so far to US, Can, UK, Aus, NZ and Germany.

- Must have counseled some students to other countries like UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, Central Asia, Rest of Europe, etc.

- Candidates with management consulting background won't be considered. Only those candidates who follow their own advice in their business would be considered.

- Must be a good communicator.

- Must be able to recruit and train a team as we grow with revenue.

- A large portion of equity would be offered as the starting point. The expected yr-1 remuneration would be in excess of Rs 50 lakhs.
