The Role: Co-Founder

This is not a job.

This is a build, own, and scale opportunity.

You will:

- Shape HUMPPL's vision, offerings, and global positioning

- Work directly with founders & CXOs on high-stakes challenges

- Build people strategy frameworks that directly impact revenue and performance

- Operate across strategy, sales, consulting, and execution

Think:

- Strategy in the morning

- Business in the afternoon

- Execution by evening

- Scale every day

What You'll Drive:

- People Strategy as Business Strategy

- Design org and talent models aligned to growth stages

- Build revenue-linked people strategies

- Turn hiring, culture, and leadership into growth engines

- AI + Human Workforce Integration

- Redefine roles in an AI-first world

Build frameworks for:

- AI adoption

- Workforce reskilling

- Human-AI collaboration

- Org Diagnostics & Transformation

Solve for:

- Scaling chaos

- Leadership gaps

- Culture misalignment

- Build systems where:

- Performance is visible

- Ownership is non-negotiable

- Founder & CXO Advisory

- Act as a trusted thought partner

Solve real problems:

- Decision fatigue

- Team misalignment

- Growth bottlenecks

- Revenue & Market Building

- Drive client acquisition and partnerships

- Convert insight into long-term strategic engagements

- Co-own growth and P&L

- Productizing Consulting

Build scalable IP:

- Frameworks

- Programs

- Leadership journeys

- Move from custom work - repeatable excellence

- Leadership Development & Coaching

- Design next-gen leadership interventions

Integrate:

- Behavioral insights

- NLP-based coaching

- Performance psychology

Who You Are:

- You're not "HR."

- You're business-first with a people lens.

- 10-15+ years in HR / People Strategy / Talent / Org Development

- Experience in global organizations and/or high-growth environments

- Strong exposure to founders, CXOs, and leadership teams

What Sets You Apart?

- You think in business outcomes, not HR activities

- You can sell, influence, and build, not just advise

You understand:

- Human behavior

- Culture systems

- Founder psychology

- You're comfortable with ambiguity, chaos, and ownership

- You have a strong point of view + execution bias

- Scenarios You Should Be Able to Solve

- A startup scaling from 50 - 200 with culture breaking

- High attrition despite high compensation

- Leadership team misalignment at the top

- AI creating fear and role confusion

- Performance without accountability

- You don't observe these problems. You fix them.
