About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader someone who doesnt just execute but builds, scales, and owns. This is a unique opportunity to create lasting impact by shaping the future of leadership, employability, and talent transformation in India.

Youll be working closely with the founder to conceptualize, operationalize, and scale initiatives that help young professionals and organizations build leadership-ready talent pipelines. This is not a 9-to-5 role its a build-from-scratch opportunity where youll define the playbook, drive outcomes, and grow into a Co-Founder-level role based on performance, ownership, and long term commitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Entrepreneurial Ownership: Take full accountability for conceptualizing and executing the business plan from idea to traction and scale.

- Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of business strategy, including product roadmap, business development, partnerships, and GTM (go-to-market).

- Leadership Development Focus: Design and lead programs that enable young professionals to build leadership skills and become corporate-ready.

- Commercial Growth: Drive business outcomes through innovation, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.

- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with industry leaders, institutions, and partner organizations to enhance reach and impact.

- Team Building: Attract, develop, and inspire a small, high-performing team that shares the same entrepreneurial passion and mission.

- Impact Orientation: Ensure every initiative adds tangible value to individuals careers and to the organizations we partner with.

What Were Looking For

- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build from the ground up.

- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity someone who treats the venture like their own.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on in early stages.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Passionate about leadership development, employability, and talent transformation.

- Preferred background: Premier institutes / startup experience / leadership roles in education, HR, , or consulting.

- Experience can range from early-stage entrepreneurial professionals (0-5 yrs) to seasoned leaders (10-15 yrs) who want to build something meaningful.

Compensation & Growth

- Base salary: Competitive, as per startup standards.

- Incentive structure: High-performance-based incentives linked to growth and impact.

- Co-founder pathway: Over 12-24 months, professionals demonstrating high ownership, performance, and commitment can transition to Co-Founder level, with commensurate equity and compensation alignment.
