Cofounder- CTO IIT/DCE/NIT (Agentic/Gen AI)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Cofounder-CTO to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the technological direction of the company, leading the development of our AI-powered products, and building a world-class engineering team. The CTO will work closely with the CEO and other co-founders to define the product roadmap, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the successful execution of our AI strategy. This role will directly impact the company's ability to deliver innovative solutions to our customers and achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives.

- Lead the design and development of our Agentic/Generative AI platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Drive AI product development, from ideation to deployment, working closely with product managers and data scientists.

- Oversee the implementation of AI transformation initiatives for our clients, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to support our AI strategy, staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field.

- Establish and maintain robust data governance policies and procedures, ensuring data quality and compliance.

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex AI solutions.

- Proven experience in leading AI product development initiatives.

- Deep understanding of Generative/Agentic AI models and their applications.

- Ability to develop and execute AI strategies that drive business value.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from IIT/DCE/NIT or similar top colleges

- Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment and comfortable working in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
