We are a startup with a passion to help our customers deliver better experience to their customers using CRM & AI technologies. We are looking for a core team member, Co Founder who has a very strong background of CRM / CX hands on experience in configuration and pre sales that can lead and help build a CX delivery practice. A Co-Founder performs a vital role in product implementation and improvement. In the early stages of a new startup, the co-founder takes a very active role in forming the team, setting up processes, ensuring client delivery, satisfaction and managing P&L for business unit. Requirements & Responsibilities: 1. Passion for delivery and client satisfaction with an entrepreneur mindset. 2. The person is keen on building a global business and brand. 3. Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. 4. Ability to take risk and bold decisions and follow through for successful outcomes. 5. Partner with founding team to define, prioritize and realize business roadmap to achieve growth objectives. 6. Hands on implementation and delivery experience of one major CRM/CX delivery like Sales Force is a must. 7. At least 10 year's experience in managing client delivery. 8. Keep updated on latest technologies and trends. 9. Leading the delivery of client-specific implementation proposals, SOWs, staffing plans, ensuring delivery timelines are met. 10. A subject matter expert in CRM processes and the best practices offered in the product. 11. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 12. Should be willing to travel. 13. Experience in building scalable products, platforms and modern technologies 14. Experience of coding and software development will be an added advantage 15. Manage relationship with Principals, Business Partners, SI's and investors. 16. Driving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of delivery services and product development team 17. Own the process of solution design, solution engineering, client delivery and customer support and ensure client happiness. 18. Keep updated on the latest technologies, updates and help customers implement them. 19. Monitor KPI's of delivery and customer success teams. Compensation: The candidate understands we are a startup and this is an equity-based role. The salary compensation and payouts will be worked upon based on 6 to 12 months time frame as revenues build and grow for the Founders team to draw salary.
