Looking for Technology Co-founder, preferably from the Tech Commerce industry, with 7-14 years of experience, having hands-on experience in building technology platforms from scratch. This is an opportunity to join our start-up at a nascent stage & a very hands-on job. About the product : A technology platform for Human Resource to address their critical issues. All preliminary requisites have been completed. The alpha version of the prototype is under development, and we are targeting to launch by mid of Oct 2020, currently, we are bootstrapping will seek seed funding once the MVP is launched. Qualification : UG/PG from IITs/IIITs/ BITS/NITs or A level institute. While pedigree is important, it will go hand in hand with skills, experience, and vision. Primary Responsibilities : - Work with the Founder in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform. - Recruit, hire & lead the technology team. - Take complete ownership on constantly improving product & brainstorm to ideate that we can execute over time. - Help in building a great place to work, which is a lot of fun & develops great team spirit. - 7+ years of relevant work experience in product development or technology - Well-versed and experienced within consumer technology companies - Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hard Skills : - Must have knowledge of building native applications for Android and Web application - Tech expertise in Open Source/ PHP, My SQL, Java, JS, HTML, CSS3, React Native and Cloud Platform - Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language PHP, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc - Establish the company's technical vision and leads all aspects of the company's technological development with focus on backend development, mobile application development, ML, AI, and Big Data. - Should have strong Project Management skills Compensation : - Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form of pure equity for the first year. We are expected to be cash-rich within a year and will be able to draw market salaries post that. - We are open to the option of the Co-Founder joining me part-time initially and continuing with their existing job, which will obviously reflect in the equity that you will draw - Looking for an energetic, visionary partner with a FIRE to build cutting edge product not an employee, hence, if you are looking for market salary from Day 1, please don- t apply.
