Cofounder/Chief Business Officer - Beauty Products

About the Brand:

A high-growth, celebrity-backed and marquee-investor-backed beauty brand, currently clocking 23 Cr/month in revenue. The brand has strong market pull, a sharp positioning, and is now looking for the right operator to lead its next phase of scale.

The Mandate:

We are looking for a Co-Founder/CBO to own the brand's growth charter end-to-end driving aggressive top-line expansion while protecting unit economics and bottom-line health. Both are non-negotiable, core KPIs for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive overall business growth across D2C, ecom and quick commerce channels

- Build and scale revenue while maintaining a sharp focus on profitability, contribution margins, and CAC/LTV discipline

- Lead strategic planning across marketing, sales, and channel expansion (D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce platforms)

- Partner closely with the founding team on brand strategy, category expansion, and long-term vision

- Build and lead high-performing teams across growth, performance marketing, and category functions

- Represent the business with investors and key stakeholders as a core leadership voice

What We're Looking For:

- 8 - 12+ years of experience, with a demonstrable track record of scaling a beauty or adjacent D2C brand through a similar growth journey

- Proven experience across D2C and quick commerce channels, with clear ownership of revenue outcomes

- Strong commercial acumen, someone who has owned P&L, not just marketing or growth in isolation

- Experience operating in high-growth, founder-led environments

- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating with significant ownership and accountability

- Prior experience as a Co-Founder, CBO, CEO, or Business Head in a beauty/D2C brand is highly preferred
