An Influencer Agency Startup is being setup and is looking for a Cofounder & Influencer Engagement Lead. This Influencer Agency startup is working with brands to facilitate product placements in the videos of known content creators on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram & other known platforms. Their value proposition to the market is significantly different from that of usual influencer agencies and can swiftly build up a big market presence for this startup. It is in discussion with large media platforms for formal collaborations for their new approach and has mandates to get started. A lot of groundwork has been done by the current founding team.

About the role:

- The Influencer Agency Startup is seeking entrepreneurial & disruptive professional with media sales track record to join as a co-founder to lead relationship management with digital influencers, primarily the content creators on YouTube and Instagram.

- This business is in a nascent stage & the person can build his/her team as the business grows. This is a hands-on job.

- A significant portion of business is expected to come from GCC region like UAE (Dubai), Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. Hence, a good idea about customizing the content of Indian influencers to suit the GCC brands is needed.

- Start date: Asap

Key requirements:

- We are looking for an energetic person with business maturity to handle the impatient influencers.

- Must have work experience in business development & talent relationship management in new age media verticals.

- Visibility among establoshed content creators on YouTube and Instagram is a must.

- Understanding of GCC sensitivities in influencers' content.

- Shall be at a point in career where s/he wants to try out something new & can necessarily invest time into it.

- The cofounder would be offered a significant equity in the startup alongside a share in the revenue which shall be able to beat this person's last drawn salary.

- This won't suit people seeking corporate culture, high expense support or with quick windfall expectations.
