
Talent Acquisition Sales Hiring (US Region)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead endtoend hiring for Sales roles in the US region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US hiring dynamics, excellent sourcing capabilities, and proven experience hiring for Inside Sales, Field Sales, Enterprise Sales, BDMs, BDRs, SDRs, and similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End to End Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US Sales roles across multiple business units.
- Understand requisition requirements, role expectations, and skill sets required.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, Boolean search, and passive outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring/niche Sales positions.
- Engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
3. Screening & Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screening to assess communication, sales aptitude, quota experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidates for US market exposure, P&L understanding, client handling experience, and revenue-target achievements.
4. Stakeholder & Candidate Management:
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers, Sales Leaders, and TA Leads for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain strong communication and rapport with shortlisted candidates.
5. Offer Management:
- Manage compensation discussions, expectations, and negotiation as per US hiring standards.
- Partner with HR Ops to roll out offers and ensure compliance with internal policies.
6. Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain and update ATS/CRM systems.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards, weekly reports, and hiring status updates.
- Achieve defined TAT, quality benchmarks, and hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to US Sales hiring.
- Previous experience hiring for roles Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, PreSales, etc.
- Strong command of US hiring processes, market trends, compensation structures, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to close niche profiles within defined timelines.
- Good understanding of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for US-based companies, SaaS organizations, BPOs, or sales-driven industries.
- Ability to work in US shift and manage leadership hiring when required.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
