Job Title : ServiceNow Architect

Experience : 10-15 Years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.

- Define ServiceNow solution architecture, technical standards and platform governance.

- Work across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, FSM, FSO, GRC/IRM, SecOps and SPM.

- Define the overall platform architecture, integration approach and data architecture.

- Design complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.

- Drive ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap and transformation initiatives.

- Review solution designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

- Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, performance and maintainability.

- Work closely with business leaders, technical teams and clients to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.

- Support solution governance, technical reviews and architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-15 years of overall experience with significant experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.

- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

- Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.

- Experience in solution architecture, platform governance and technical strategy.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and data architecture.

- Experience defining platform strategy and roadmap.

- Strong client-facing and consulting experience.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

- Ability to provide technical leadership across complex ServiceNow programs.

Preferred Certifications :

- CTA - Certified Technical Architect

- CMA - Certified Master Architect

- CIS - Certified Implementation Specialist

- Other relevant ServiceNow certifications
