Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Conduct technical presentations, solution demos, and architecture workshops with clients.

Define scalable solution architecture and integration strategies.

Review technical designs, code quality, and deployment standards.

Lead development teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring.

Drive Power Platform adoption through Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.

Support estimation, solution planning, and pre-sales activities.

Mandatory Skills

9-12 years of IT experience with extensive Dynamics 365 CE implementation experience.

Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, and integrations.

Hands-on experience with C#, .

NET, JavaScript, HTML, and Power Platform.

Experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, and Dataverse.

Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise CRM implementations.

Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and design best practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect/Developer certifications.

Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and Agile delivery models.

Pre-sales, solutioning, and client-facing consulting experience.
