We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager / Program Manager.

Location: Greater Noida | Hyderabad | Pune.

Work Mode: WFO (5 Days).

Experience: 10+ Years.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale IT delivery and integration programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, governance, financial management, and leading distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project and program delivery.

- Manage customer stakeholders, governance, and executive reviews.

- Drive program financials including revenue, margins, forecasting, and resource planning.

- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery excellence.

- Lead geographically distributed teams and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Ensure successful delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Required Skills:

- Program Management / Project Management.

- Delivery Governance & Stakeholder Management.

- Financial Management (Revenue, Margin, Budgeting, Forecasting).

- Risk & Escalation Management.

- Resource Planning & Team Management.

- Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid Methodologies.

- Experience managing teams of 20 - 50+ members.

Preferred Skills:

- Integration Programs (MuleSoft, Boomi, Kong, Workato, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services).

- API, Middleware & Enterprise Integration.

- Cloud Transformation & Modernization Programs.

- PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe Certifications.
