We also offer data-driven solutions and AI-based products for businesses operating in a wide range of product categories and service domains What we are looking for We are looking for a Head of IT Sales to - Drive our sales organization and scale revenue. - Architect and implement a sales strategy, - Build a team of Sales Executives. - Negotiate complex deals and maneuver competitive deals Must haves - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Post Graduation in MBA (Marketing, Communications or -Business Administration) from prestigious institutes. - 8-12 years' experience in selling IT Consulting Services. - Strong prospecting and closing skills. - Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills. - Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach the team. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up -assumptions, recommendations, and drive sales outcomes. - Ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work -environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Strong leadership and team building skills. Roles & Responsibilities - Planning the Sales Strategy and Optimization of Sales efforts for better outcome. - Setting targets, creating performance plans & maintaining standards for sales in line with OKRs and KPIs. - Working collaboratively across cross functional teams - including Engineering, Product, Marketing, & Talent Acquisition teams - Negotiation of commercials, terms, and contracts with clients. - Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly. - Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings . - Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences. - Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service - Land and expand: build process & funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion - Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with leadership & management team - Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support an assistance . - Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company
