Vertical Head, Internal Audit COE

Role:

Lead Internal Audit Quality Assurance & Improvement (QAIP).

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive audit quality, methodology & governance across Internal Audit.

- Conduct QA reviews, thematic reviews and audit quality assessments.

- Ensure compliance with RBI/regulatory and IIA standards.

- Review audit planning, scoping, sampling, testing, documentation & findings.

- Challenge root-cause analysis, issue grading, closure and sustainability.

- Strengthen audit methodology, analytics, automation and control frameworks.

- Present audit quality dashboards and systemic themes to Head of Internal Audit & Audit Committee.

Ideal Profile:

- 10 - 15 years in Internal Audit / Audit QA / Methodology, preferably banking/financial services; CA/MBA/CIA/CISA/CRMA preferred.
