Job Title: CoE Process Implementation Specialist

Experience: 5 to 9 Years

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving end-to-end process improvements, automation initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions aligned with organizational goals. Works closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and sustainable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end process implementation from discovery to post-go-live support

- Conduct process mapping (As-Is and To-Be) to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities

- Define process redesign options for efficiency, standardization, and scalability

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for seamless solution deployment

- Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies

- Oversee project progress, ensure stakeholder alignment, and manage dependencies

- Create and execute change management plans, including communication and training

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate process effectiveness and adoption

- Track KPIs, benefits, and ROI for implemented processes and automation initiatives

- Maintain documentation, process frameworks, and best practices for knowledge sharing

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field (Masters preferred)

- 4 to 9 years of experience in process improvement, automation, or operations transformation

- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies

- Familiarity with automation tools and digital process platforms (preferred)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
