The Business Analyst (Sales & Customer Experience) will be the brain behind those decisions transforming raw data into clear insights that shape how we sell, engage, and serve our customers. You will help us understand not just what is happening in the numbers, but why and guide teams toward smarter, more customer-centric actions.

Success in this role means:

- Leadership has a clear picture of what drives growth and what needs attention.

- A culture of curiosity, exploration, and analytical thinking becomes part of everyday work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure performance across the sales and CX lifecycle.

- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate insights into actions that improve conversion, engagement, and retention.

- Design and execute research or analysis projects proactively not just on request.

- Communicate insights clearly through visualisations and storytelling tailored for different audiences.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and interpretability across teams.

- Continuously research and explore new data sources, tools, and methods to strengthen business understanding.

Must-Have Skills & Attributes:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills able to interpret large data sets and connect them to business outcomes.

- Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and a BI/Visualisation platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

- Solid understanding of sales funnels, CRM data, and customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention, churn).

- Excellent communication and data storytelling can simplify complexity for decision-makers.

- A self-starter who takes ownership and proactively identifies what needs analysis.

- Critical thinker with a business mindset not just "what happened," but "what to do next."

Essential Skills (Nice to Join With or Build Quickly):

- Experience building dashboards and automating reports.

- Strong collaboration skills ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing.

- Comfort interpreting qualitative and quantitative data together to form insights.

- Ability to prioritise multiple analyses in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to Python/R/R or predictive analytics for deeper analysis.

- Understanding of EdTech, SaaS, or fast-growth startup environments.

- Experience in designing and maintaining scalable data models.

Who You Are:

- Curious: You ask why before you ask how.

- High on Initiative: You don't wait to be told what to explore you dig in when something feels off.

- Detail-Oriented (a Digger): You notice patterns and inconsistencies others overlook.

- Collaborative: You believe data is most powerful when shared and discussed. You want to know the business more than anyone else, and you're not afraid to form opinions backed by data.

What You'll Gain:

- A front-row seat to how data shapes growth in a rapidly scaling EdTech company.

- A chance to influence key business strategies directly through your analysis.

- Mentorship, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow into a strategic data leader.
