Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager in Bangalore having 6+ years of experience.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze A/B tests and Multivariate Tests to evaluate product features, user experiences, and growth initiatives.
- Develop experimentation frameworks, hypotheses, success metrics, and test methodologies.
- Perform statistical analysis to determine experiment significance, impact, and reliability.
- Apply statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample sizing, and significance testing.
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Data Science teams to translate insights into actionable business decisions.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, engagement, and other product metrics.
- Monitor experiment results and identify opportunities for product and business optimization.
- Ensure experimentation follows sound statistical and analytical practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing.
- Experience in Product Experimentation, Growth Analytics, Data Science, or Applied Statistics.
- Strong Statistical Analysis and experimentation concepts.
- Experience with at least one experimentation/analytics platform: Firebase, Mixpanel, or Optimizely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate statistical findings and business insights effectively.
