Codetru - Product Manager - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Were building a next-generation payroll platform from the ground up not patching legacy systems, but rethinking how payroll, compliance, and money movement should work in an AI-first world.

What you'll do :

- Own product areas end-to-end from idea spec launch iteration

- Work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to ship features fast

- Translate messy real-world payroll/fintech problems into clear product decisions

- Talk to customers (founders, HRs, accountants) and turn insights into execution

- Define product requirements, workflows, and edge cases (yes, payroll has a lot)

- Drive weekly releases speed matters more than perfection

What were looking for :

- 1 to 6 years of experience in product management

- Previously worked in an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B preferred)

- Experience in payroll, fintech,B2B Saas or related domains is a strong plus

- Strong execution mindset you get things done, not just plan them

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and figuring things out without hand-holding

- Solid product thinking + attention to detail (especially around edge cases)

- Good communication skills you can work across engineering, design, and business.

- Looking specifically from IIT's or IIM's or good B Schools or top tier universities.

- Working experience in well reknown startup's

- Looking candidates under age of 24 to 33 years old

Background :

- Based in Hyderabad, India

- Strong experience in US payroll space is preferred.

- Needs to work between 12Noon to 9PM.
