As we expand our AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Enterprise Software consulting business, we're looking for an exceptional HR Director to partner directly with the CEO and help shape the next stage of our growth.

This is not a traditional HR role.

We're looking for someone who can build leaders, create a culture of ownership, improve execution, attract top talent, and develop systems that enable the company to scale.

Your Mission:

You'll lead the transformation of our people function by:

- Building a high-performance, accountability-driven culture

- Developing leadership capabilities across the organization

- Designing world-class hiring and employer branding strategies

- Creating robust performance management and career development frameworks

- Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives

- Implementing AI-enabled HR processes and automation

- Building HR systems that support sustainable business growth

What We're Looking For:

- 10-16 years of progressive HR leadership experience

- Proven experience in IT Services, Digital Engineering, Software Consulting, SaaS, or Product organizations

- Experience working in fast-growing companies and scaling teams

- Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance

- A business-first mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership

- Someone who enjoys building organizations, not just managing them
