Title : Procurement Work Location : Bangalore - Business -DME, General &amp; Admin Procurement is seeking a dedicated resource for driving all the related spend with strong experience in DME and G&amp;A category in terms of identifying, scrutinizing, and developing of vendors management partners. Identifying Vendors/Partners basis users requirements of DME elements, POP items, Gifts &amp; Premia- s, Events &amp; Activations &amp; Loyalty Process etc. - Streamline the Process of handling DME spend, Stake Holder Management and Handling Vendors to Maximize the net revenue through all above process. - Strategic Sourcing including marketplace knowledge, category expertise, negotiation skills, data analytics, and Internal customer &amp; supplier partnership management. Candidate should have good knowledge in managing the sourcing process, reviewing contracts and possess acquaintances with local regulations &amp; taxes. The candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end sourcing process and related contracts. Job Responsibilities : - Identifying, scrutinizing, and developing suitable partners for handling complete Marcom, G&amp;A Spend. - Generating Request for Quotation (RFQ) after thorough discussion with user function &amp; QA. - Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are competitive and in line with statutory compliance standards. - Interacting closely with zonal/corporate stake holders for the setting up procurement plans. - Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors. - Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time &amp; best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation before renewing ARC/Contract. - Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and weekly / monthly MIS report circulation. - Ensure meeting &amp; Monitoring of the SLAs and KPIs and manage systems and resources to assure quality of the services provided. - Vendor selection and new vendor development and follow-up with them till work completion. - Handles issues and queries related to zonal requirement across zones, escalate complex issues to Manager as needed for resolution. - Develop short term and long-term contract with vendors across categories to leverage bulk/scale buying opportunities Reports To : Category Lead Key Customers : Internal Customers : User across company External Customers : Vendors Job Requirements : Qualifications : Graduate qualification from a reputed Institute / university. Post graduate preferred with strong quantitative skills.
